BurnOut, LoveBurn and More
Join us at at a new burn in Fredericksburg November 15-17
Camp Contact is heading down to Miami for LoveBurn, and we've got a few directed ticket codes left. Codes have to be used by Tuesday at midnight, register for camp by Tuesday at 9pm if you'd like one. Submit your events here, and sign up for the Container to Loveburn from DC & back here! And, we've got a small group assembling the same weekend for FrostBurn at Marvin's Mountaintop in West VA, lead by the intrepid Jacob Mast! Camp Contact hasn't been to Frostburn in 10 years!
Camp Contact is looking to go to BurnOut, a new Burner Community Gathering in Fredericksburg, VA, the weekend of November 15-17th. We checked the weather and its predicted to be in the 60s during the day and the 40s at night! Register for camp here!
BurnOut is a family friendly arts and camping gathering of our friends - we will either be joyful or somber - because we all could use some good vibes in a nice place not too far from DC!
What to expect: This is an 11 principle event, with a cap of 100 humans, kids and adults total!
What does it cost: Adult tickets are priced at $75.00 for adults. Kids under 16 are free - but please get a ticket for them too - helps us plan!
The ticket price funds adequate portas and cleaning, land use, small art grants, some infrastructure, some minor administrative costs, and a budget for kids activities.
If you'd like to donate more - our budget is pretty bare bones - you can do that on check out.
If there are any funds left over we will donate to a worthy cause.
Also, please - no bar camps. Personal use alcohol is ok - please be thoughtful about consumption and driving if you just want a day pass.
There will be a liability waiver at the gate that everyone must sign.
