Grizzly Families,

As we move into the heart of our school year, Parent–Teacher Conferences will be held on Wednesday, February 25 and Thursday, February 26. This midyear checkpoint is a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect on progress, and partner around next steps for the remainder of the semester.

These conversations allow us to celebrate growth, name strengths, and identify areas where continued support or challenge will help your child thrive. When families and teachers work together, students feel the consistency, encouragement, and belief that fuels learning.

Our team will be available for conferences until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. on both Wednesday and Thursday to allow time for conferences. There will be no school for students on Friday, February 27.

Below you’ll find the conference scheduler link and simple directions for signing up for a time that works best for your family.

How to sign up for your conference time (Feb 25 & 26)

1. Open the Conference Scheduler. Linked Here

2. Select your school from the drop-down menu.

3. Choose your child’s grade. If you have a middle schooler pick Mix for grade.

4. Pick your child’s teacher.

5. Select an available date & time that works for your family, then continue. Middle school you will have access to all teachers during the time of the conference. There could be more than one family meeting at a time.

6. Enter your contact info (name and email) and submit to confirm.

7. Check your email for a confirmation (keep it handy for quick reference).

Have more than one child? Repeat steps 3–7 for each teacher you’d like to meet with.
