Good Morning Memorial Families,

My oh my, what a storm that rolled through here on Monday! Welcome back to winter to those of you who traveled to warmer climates over the past week, and good grief, let's get some melting happening around here so that we can enjoy a spring at some point in late March!

This week is a quiet one on the events front, which is a good thing, because it looks like we have more snow coming! Next week we will have two big events; Read Across America on Monday morning and then our annual performance by the talented Sheryl Faye on Wednesday afternoon. Sheryl will be presenting her newly revamped Abigail Adams performance for us, and we are thrilled to be able to welcome her back again this year.

Miscoe PTO is excited to launch this new fundraiser to directly support our Good Neighbor programs, Cultural Arts events, and fulfill specific teacher requests for classroom supplies. Your 30-minute visit to our Kickoff on March 4th 6:30-7 at the Miscoe Auditorium doesn't just help us plan - it's a fundraiser on its own! By simply showing up (no further commitment required - we just ask you to spread the word for the sale), you help us secure an immediate $1,000 bonus (assuming 75-100 attendees) from the mattress company before we even sell a single bed.
