Textbooks, APH, Braillers, and Loan Library Queues: Pending Versus Processing Textbooks, APH, Braillers, and Loan Library Queues: Pending Versus Processing

We have learned from various teachers that they have not fully submitted their orders in the FIMC-VI Portal. Learn how below and when in doubt, revisit the Portal Guide and Training Videos. The overview below focuses on the Textbooks Queue, but the same information applies to APH, Braillers, and Loan Library.

Please don't leave something behind in any of your queues!

  • If an item shows "Add to Queue", the order will be fulfilled from our shelf/existing inventory
  • View the status of the order here until it has been shipped fully complete, then locate information about the book in Textbook Loan History.
