Parent Engagement Survey

Each year we have families fill out a Parent Engagement Survey. This helps us see our areas of strengths and needs and informs future procedures and professional learning. Please take 5 minutes to fill out this Family Engagement Survey.

No School May 18 & 25

May 18 is a teacher work day and May 25 is Memorial Day.

Student Led Conferences K-5

Student Led Conferences (SLCs) for grades Kindergarten - 5th, are Friday, May 29. Please watch out for an email from your student's teacher to sign up for a time slot.

There will also be a field day for student's while they are not engaged in their SLC. This year, field day will be a combination of track and field as well as yard games. Mr. Ries sent out an email requesting parent volunteers to help run the stations. Any help will be appreciated.

PPCS SPRING MUSICAL PERFORMANCE

Come enjoy a morning of Broadway music and scenes performed by the PPCS K-8 students! On Friday, May 22 in the MPR at 8:30 am, our music teacher Miss Jodi will lead students in a presentation of Seasons of Broadway music, pianos, acting, dancing, and storytelling. If your student can't attend that day, make sure to contact Miss Jodi @ jfisher@palouseprairiecharterschool.org. We'll see you there!

School Board Election 2026

Palouse Prairie Charter School's annual board elections are just around the corner. We will hold the annual election for Board of Directors seats in June 2026. The PPCS Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring that Palouse Prairie Charter School has strong leadership, high student engagement and academic achievement, clear policies, sound finances, and effective fundraising. Serving on the PPCS Board of Directors is a rewarding commitment.

This year, we will have four open seats for the Board, with 3-year terms running July 2026 - June 2029. Palouse Prairie Charter School Community members are invited to become candidates for these Board positions.
