A Message from Principal Mike Cappucci
I am honored to serve as the principal of Mableton Elementary School—a place I believe is not only good enough for your child, but one I would proudly choose for my own.
As a husband, father, and lifelong educator, I understand how much trust it takes to place your child in someone else’s care. Please know this: your children are my top priority. Every decision I make is guided by a simple but powerful question—Is this what’s best for kids? When the answer is yes, I move forward with full confidence. When it’s not, we find a better way.
As your principal, I can promise you that I will lead with heart, purpose, and a simple but powerful mantra: Be a Champion for Kids. To me, being a champion means doing whatever it takes to put students first advocating for them, believing in them, and making sure they have what they need to succeed.
I have challenged my entire staff to Be a Champion for Kids—and now, I challenge you to do the same. Not just for your own child, but for every child. For the student you may see getting off the bus alone. For the one who needs a little extra encouragement, a high five, or a smile. Together, we can create a community where every child feels valued and uplifted.
