Meet some of our new staff!
Ms. Colucci
Hello Woodglen! My name is Ms. Colucci and I am one of the building substitutes teachers! This is my first year at Woodglen, and I am so excited to be apart of such a wonderful school community! I’m from Suffern, New York and I graduated in 2021. I enjoy reading, working out, and hiking! Fun fact, the last hike I went on was 7 miles long! My favorite foods are sushi and cookie cake, and my favorite snacks is pickles!
Ms. Fowler
My name is Ms. Fowler. I graduated from SUNY Cortland in December. I am a Teachers Assistant in kindergarten. I am a huge New York Rangers fan and I love chocolate ice cream.
Ms. Nelson
I used to be a student at Woodglen. Every year my family and I go to Aruba. My favourite animal is a sloth. My favourite color is sage green!

😃
Golf Pro Kerry Sutherland visits 3rd Grade!
Kerry Sutherland is a golf pro who manages Rotella Golf Course in Mt. Ivy. Not only did he read a wonderful story to our class, but he also taught them about the different golf clubs, how to hold them and showed them how to aim at a target. He even gave each child a golf ball as a prize. Mr. Sutherland was an amazing PARP reader!
Kindergarten exploring snow at recess!
Slices, Stories, & Salads Family Night!
Woodglen was excited to kick off PARP! We welcomed readers from our school and community, and our Slices, Stories & Salads kickoff was a hit—reading together while enjoying pizza and fresh salads made with lettuce grown by our own farmers at Farm 113!
