Happy Friday everyone!!

This week, we’re excited to host our annual Ann Arbor Hands-On Science Night here at Graham! The event will take place on Wednesday, April 15th from 5:00–6:30 PM.

We appreciate all of the families who RSVP’d for dinner and prizes—thank you! This is always a fun-filled evening for all ages, with hands-on experiments and interactive activities provided by the museum. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our students and families to explore, discover, and learn together. We hope to see you there!

This is a great opportunity to stock up for the summer!!!!

We are SO excited for our annual Color Run!!! This year, any student that wants to participated will need to contribute at least $10. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year!!!

We have noticed an increase in students climbing trees before and after school. While we understand that students enjoy being active and exploring, climbing trees can be very dangerous and increases the risk of falls and injuries. To help keep all of our students safe, we ask that parents please remind their children to stay off of the trees during arrival and dismissal times. Our goal is to ensure that everyone stays safe and no one gets hurt. Thank you for your support in reinforcing this expectation.

Our Summer programs are registering students! This is a FREE program to all Wayne-Westland Students. The program will run Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:30pm during the month of July.

If you need to attend a Kindergarten Round Up event in the evening, please see the flyer above for dates that will be avaialble. You can attend any of them and still register at Graham!

The Care Closet is OPEN!

Thank you to all of our families that have donated items for our Care closet. We will continuously take items at any time. Please make sure they are clean if possible and bring them to the office.

Thank you to Ms. Gamble for organizing the closet and getting it all set up!

Snack cart will be available every TUESDAY and FRIDAY during all lunch periods. The 5th grade students run this to support their CAMP FUNDS. Young 5 and Kindergarten students get the SNACK CART in the morning instead of at lunch time.

There are some days when the menu could possibly change due to food items not being available. We will let the students know if there are changes as soon as we find out.

PLEASE fill out a background check if you plan to volunteer at ALL this year in your child's classroom or on a field trip. THIS MUST BE DONE EVERY YEAR!!!! We cannot accept background checks from LAST school year.
