Dear UA Families,

This is a reminder of our athletic event guidelines for K–8 students. These expectations are in place to help keep our events safe, enjoyable, and focused on supporting our student-athletes. Please review the following:

• Safety: All students must be picked up after school through carpool as normal (typically 3:45 PM). Students may return at game time with an adult to attend athletic events. Students may not stay after school until the game.
  
  

• Adult Supervision: K–8 students must be accompanied by an adult at all times during athletic events. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.
  
  

• Admission Policy: K-8 Students arriving at a game without an accompanying adult will not be admitted.
  
  

• Playground Use (varsity football only): K–6 UA students may use the playground if they are signed up. The form is emailed to all UA families with the volunteer opportunities for the week.
  
  

• Student Behavior: Students are strongly encouraged to sit in the bleachers and watch the games to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.
  
  

• Outside Items: For safety reasons, outside balls or similar items (such as footballs or soccer balls) are not permitted at athletic events.
  
  

• School Spirit: We welcome and encourage students to cheer on their classmates and show positive school spirit.

Families: Starting now, all student athletes will need to complete their athletic clearance using the DragonFly platform in order to be eligible to try out for middle school and high school sports.

What You Need to Do:

• Create a DragonFly account: https://max.dragonflyathletics.com/maxweb/max-cover/loginv
• Upload necessary documents (e.g., physical exam, insurance info.)
• Complete all required forms and agreements within DragonFly.

• Fall Senior Night- 10/30/26

Dear Parents and Athletes,

As we wrap up summer, we want to extend a massive thank you to all the amazing students who joined our sports camps this summer, and to the parents who made it all possible!

To our campers: your energy, dedication, and sportsmanship blew us away every single day. Whether you were mastering a new skill, cheering on your teammates, or giving it your all in the final drills, you brought your absolute best to the court/field.

To our parents: thank you for trusting us with your athletes, waking up early for drop-offs, and being our biggest cheerleaders from the sidelines.

We are so proud of the progress every single athlete made, and more importantly, the fun we had making memories together. Have a fantastic rest of your summer, keep practicing, and we can’t wait to see you back soon!
