CLEARWATER STEAM NEWSLETTER

On Wednesday, we had Clearwater's Walk to School Day. Thank you to all the families who joined us in this community-building event that began at the corner of Murrieta Road and Citrus. Thank you to the Perris Traffic Officers, ELEVO Cheerleaders, and families for supporting our event.

Special thanks to Ms. Baker for organizing this wonderful event! Thank to Cynthia Soltero for coordinating our parent volunteers for the decorations! Thank you DJ Ochoa and to the teachers and staff who walked with families!

Our 3rd–6th grade dances were an absolute treat to watch! It was such a joy to see our students confidently perform for their friends and families, showcasing their hard work and enthusiasm. A thank-you to Mr. Vazquez for his dedication and preparation with the students, and to Ms. Ochoa for helping with the morning event. We also extend our gratitude to DJ Ochoa for MC’ing and bringing such wonderful energy to this special celebration for our Clearwater families.

The City of Perris continues to show its incredible commitment to supporting Clearwater in refining and expanding our gardening program across all grade levels. This partnership allows our students to connect hands-on learning with sustainability and science in meaningful ways. Our 6th-grade students recently had the wonderful opportunity to learn more about gardening and plant six new garden beds behind their building. We can’t wait to see the garden flourish and for our students to witness the growth of what they’ve nurtured with their own hands.

We’re excited to announce that Trunk or Treat will take place on October 30th – and we need your help to make it a sweet success!

We're now accepting candy donations to help bring the fun to life. If you're able to contribute, please feel free to drop off your donations in the front office at any time.

Your support helps create a fun and memorable experience for our students and families. Thank you in advance for your generosity – we couldn’t do it without you!
