Osseo Senior High School (OSH) is one of just five schools in the state recognized as a 2025 National Banner Unified Champion Schools by Special Olympics Minnesota.

The group said the unified champion schools go above and beyond in creating environments where students with and without intellectual disabilities learn, play and lead together.

“National banner schools are the gold standard for what inclusive education looks like,” says Demaya Walton, Director of Unified Champion Schools at Special Olympics Minnesota. “These schools are showing us that when inclusion is a priority, everyone thrives.”
