Mission:
The mission of George Bannerman Dealey is to provide an exemplary education that develops and empowers all students to become productive citizens in our global society.
🐉 Principal’s Message: Consistent Efforts Lead to Excellence! 🐉
Dear Dealey Families,
What a wonderful first week of school! 💙 I want to extend my sincere THANK YOU to our students, families, faculty, staff, PTA, and entire Dealey community for helping us begin the 2026–2027 school year with such positive energy and excitement.
A special thank you to all of our parents and families who joined us for the Boohoo Woohoo Breakfast on the first day of school! 🥹🎉 Whether you were celebrating the excitement of a new school year, wiping away a few first-day tears, or doing a little bit of both, it was wonderful to see our Dealey families come together. We are also incredibly grateful to our Dealey PTA for hosting this special tradition and creating such a warm welcome for our families. 💙🐉
As we head into Week 2, we also have something BIG to celebrate!
Last week, the Texas Education Agency released the latest school accountability ratings, and I am incredibly proud to share that George Bannerman Dealey Montessori and International Academy is an “A” campus ONCE AGAIN! 🎉🐉💙
CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT!
This continued achievement is not the result of one moment, one test, or one school year. It reflects the consistent efforts of our entire school community—our teachers maintaining high expectations, our students working hard and challenging themselves, our families supporting learning at home, and our staff remaining committed to providing an exceptional educational experience every single day.
Consistent efforts lead to excellence.
That is the message I want us to carry into Week 2 and throughout this school year. Excellence isn’t something we simply achieve once and celebrate—it is something we practice, protect, and pursue consistently.
Our continued A rating affirms what we already know about our Dragons: we don’t just strive for excellence—we make excellence our standard. 🐉🔥
Thank you, Dealey families, for your continued partnership and trust. We had a fantastic first week, and I am excited about everything ahead of us this year.
Here’s to another great week of learning, growing, exploring, and thriving!
Explore Deeply. Thrive Globally. 🌎🐉
With Dragon Pride,
Ms. Amber Garrett
