After School Care
If your child currently participates in after-school care, this is a friendly reminder to complete registration with our new after-school care provider as soon as possible.
As shared previously, beginning Tuesday, January 6, 2026, our school will be using the Heart of the Valley YMCA as our new provider. If you would like your student to remain in after-school care when students return from Winter Break, families are asked to complete a new registration.
If you have already registered: Thank you. No further action is needed at this time.
If you have not yet registered: We ask you to complete registration by midnight on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 to ensure a smooth transition. Students who are not registered with the new provider will be unable to attend after-school care, and families will be contacted after school to request parents to pick up their child from the main office.
If you are a Pre-K parent attempting to register your child, please select Kindergarten as your child’s grade level and include a note indicating that your child is actually enrolled in Pre-K.
Program hours and pricing will remain the same for the 2025–2026 school year, and after-school care staff will receive training to support a smooth transition. The last day with our current provider will be this Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025. After-school care is not offered on early dismissal days, so there will be no after-school care on Friday, Dec. 19, 2025.
Thank you for your attention to this update and for your continued partnership.
