Three Weeks In, the Pack Is Thriving
Our first three weeks have been full of smiles, strong routines, and meaningful learning. Students are building community, setting goals, and showing growth every day—proof that when we move as One Pack. Staff have been using early assessments and observations to plan targeted instruction so every Timberwolf gets exactly what they need to thrive. Thank you, families, for your partnership in attending connection conferences so that we can learn about your student. Our first Family Fun Night at Coldstone was a SUCCESS. You helped raise $600 in just one night (WOW)!
This year we are fortunate to provide our students with a variety of clubs for students to access! Sign ups will be sent out on Tuesday. We will start with different clubs for 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Please allow spots for all students to have opportunity by not signing up for multiple spots.
Newsletters are sent on the 1st and the 15th of the month, to make sure you stay informed. Other ways you can connect is through our website-https://www.cherrycreekschools.org/timberline and Facebook-Timberline Elementary. We also have an app, where you can keep up to date on events and also report absences. All of our newsletters are kept on the Timberline website.
What a great start!

Join Us at Timberline Voice Of Color Open House
Timberline Voices of Color Group includes parents, Timberline staff, administrators, and community members. Our goal is to provide an inclusive and safe environment for our students and families to build relationships, strengthen their connection to our school, and ensure that every voice is valued in shaping a community where all can thrive.
Join us at our welcome back open house on Thursday, September 4th at 6:00. Snack will be provided and your students are welcome to attend.
Our cultural awareness celebration will include our students sharing themselves. The purpose is to celebrate individual cultural heritage and to promote a sense of belonging for all students, staff, and families. This year, there will be two parts to our celebration: The Taste of Timberline and Celebrate Me Celebration.
The Taste of Timberline-is a cultural food event that brings our school community together to celebrate the diverse flavors, traditions, and backgrounds that make Timberline unique. Families are invited to share dishes that represent their heritage—whether it’s a treasured family recipe, a traditional snack, or a cultural favorite—giving everyone a chance to “taste” the world right in our own building. Food can be store bought or home cooked. Families should prepare a sample for 100 people.
Celebrate Me~Showcase your Talent!
Students can share a talent (1 minute to 3 minutes). Talents may include:
- Dance, Singing, or Performing Art (Drama, Comedy, Poetry, Puppetry)
- Gymnastics, Jump Roping, Cheerleading
- Martial Arts
- Musical Instruments
- Hobbies (Art, Cooking, Crafting, Musical)
- Sports Interest Presentation (Show and Tell about your sports interest)
- Family Heritage ( Share your family culture.)
- Something Special- you tell us!
Would you like to celebrate your child's birthday or half birthday? Their name can be showcased on our marquee for the day of their birthday. All money will be used to support student activities like assemblies, PAWS celebration and prizes, and school fun. What an exciting way to celebrate their birthday!

PLEASE USE ALL CROSSWALKS!!!
Scooters, Bicycles, and Skateboards
Any of these items need to be walked or carried on school grounds until you are on Killarney. We have many students and people on school grounds during arrival and dismissal. Please help us create a safe environment by walking your bike, scooter, or skateboard when on the school premises.
Dogs on Campus
Please keep all animals off school grounds between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. This includes bringing dogs to drop off and pick up. We have students who are allergic and also some who have been bitten by animals. The school grounds need to provide a feeling of safety for all our children.
Snack
Please make sure your child brings a snack and water bottle every day. If you need support due to financial need, please contact the office.
