💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month

zoom_out_map

Let’s break the stigma and start the conversation.
Mental health is just as important as physical health—and it’s okay to ask for help. During the month of May, we encourage students, staff, and families to focus on self-care, emotional well-being, and supporting one another.

🧠 Simple Ways to Support Mental Health:

  • Take a walk outside

  • Talk to a trusted friend or adult

  • Practice mindfulness or deep breathing

  • Get enough sleep and stay hydrated

  • Reach out for help when you need it

You are not alone. Together, we rise.
