Regional Resource Center Updates

Hartford High School has an tradition in which once a month the school community gathers to celebrate student success and engage in activities. Today the community celebrated the accomplishments of all of their fall sports team and recognized individuals who have excelled in the arts over the past month. After the awards celebration, the pep band played music while the students participated in large scale version of musical chairs. The energy and excitement of the gymnasium fueled our already energized Fun Friday!

This year Google started requiring parental permission (for all student accounts under 18 years of age) with access to "additional Google services".

Hartford School District Data Administrator, Bill Yates has included a checkbox for this in the 26-27 School Year New Student and Yearly Update available through Infinite Campus. This allows HSD to enable these additional services on student Google accounts. Many parents have not completed the IC update, so we cannot continue to provide consent & access for our students to access these additional services.

Until we get formal sign off from parent/guardians, students will no longer have access to any additional Google services.

So, We need your help!!! Here are the instructions for parents to complete the yearly IC update which gives the Google access as well.

*Families who already completed this year's registration/update do not need to redo it.

Hartford High School has a Unified Club in which RRC students and main stream high school students gather to participate in shared activities, laughter, and fun. This year the club will kick of the year with pumpkin carving event on Thursday, October 29th from 2:05-2:53. You are responsible for arranging transportation for your student after the club ends since it is later than our typical school day. Please let me know if your student plans to attend so the RRC staff can ensure they make it to the activity.
