March Madness... March Madness...

Thank-you to Student Council for organizing another fabulous Spirit Week!

Ending the week with D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything And Read) was a big treat.

BIGS were paired with littles and they spent 2nd Period READING!

Students talked about the Positivity Project, P2 character traits,

and their favorite Dr. Seuss character/story.

We are hoping that these Spring like temperatures are here to stay,

the sunshine will warm our soul and prepare us for the months ahead!

Welcome Mrs. Roldan: Welcome Mrs. Roldan:

Mrs. Roldan is our new School Counselor.

She has been busy meeting with students and getting to know our Panther Family.

She has joined Ms. Johnston (Guidance Secretary)

and Ms. McGregor (School Psychologist) in the new Guidance Suite.

Goodies with Grands: Goodies with Grands:

Transportation Updates... Transportation Updates...

We are implementing a 1pm cutoff for daily transportation changes. We understand emergencies happen at unpredictable times and will accommodate as best as we can. Moving forward if you need to make a day of transportation request it needs to be received by 1pm.

Transportation request/changes should continue to funnel though our

Main Office x24409 ~Ms. Mackey.

Student Release:

Questions have come to light recently regarding student release.

We are unable to accept a written note as the means

to excuse a student to leave on their own terms.

Students less than 18-years of age must be signed out at the Main Office.

Typically family members will sign out their student, however anyone older than 18 years of age listed as a contact in schooltool or listed in a written note 24 hours prior from dismissal (and verified by the Main Office) can sign out students.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause families; we must do our due diligence to ensure students are leaving the building safely and under supervision.
