Plymouth Area Prevention Collaborative
Carver Cares is one of four coalitions of the Plymouth Area Prevention Collaborative.
The Plymouth Area Prevention Collaborative consists of four communities and the coalitions that serve them: Plymouth Youth Development Collaborative, Middleboro Matters, Wareham Connects, and Carver Cares. PAPC serves the four towns to promote advocacy and works effortlessly to reduce the stigma associated with substance use disorders.
PAPC's mission is to mobilize our communities to strategically prevent and reduce substance use and misuse among youth and adults across the cluster.
PAPC's goals are to provide primary, secondary and tertiary substance misuse prevention resources, education, increase awareness and support, and reduce stigma within our cluster.

HIGH POINT DRUG GUIDEBOOK
Why Use This Guide?
As part of the Prevention Services' mission, staff work to educate
young people with accurate information and tools to cope with
life’s challenges, and help them understand the harmful effects of
drugs and alcohol. The team connects individuals and families
with the resources they need to become better informed and
works with leaders in the community to build a system of support
in every neighborhood.
The goal of this resource is to provide a guide for professionals to
offer, enhance or supplement drug education taught to youth.
