UNIFIED TRACK

The EHT unified track team participated in the Mainland invitational Wednesday 5/17. Participating schools were Mainland, Cedar Creek, Delsea, Cape May Special Services, and Ocean City. The afternoon was filled with smiles, laughter, and a great showing of athleticism. Solid performances were turned in shot put by Gabe Longo and Vinny Lorenzi. In the 400 meter Hunter Bailey came out with a solid effort and never gave up. Ryan Feliciano was in the mix in the 200 meter dash and shot put. Maximus Dallman along with Andre Suit who both might have the biggest smile in the meet put out a gutsy effort in the 200 meter. Kevin Dowd and Jason Monsanto both broke their personal records in the 100m. Big performances of the day were brought in by Melea Brown winning a bronze medal in Long jump, and Jayden Mixson bringing home gold in shot put, 100m, and 400m. Most importantly, many friendships and memories were made by athletes, coaches, and spectators.
