Unlocking New Skills
6th graders have been busy unlocking a new skill—literally! 🔑 They’ve been learning their locker combinations and practicing opening their lockers. Parents, it’s time to become official combination coaches at home—practice with your child so they don’t end up doing the “spin-and-try shuffle” in the hallway. 😉

Leaders of the Month
September Leaders of the Month
Our September Leader of the Month habit is Be Proactive. Being proactive means taking responsibility for your own actions, choices, and attitude. Instead of reacting to problems or blaming others, proactive leaders focus on what they can control and make positive choices. Students who are proactive show initiative, make good decisions even when no one is watching, and set a great example for others. Teachers will nominate one student from the class that exhibit these leader traits to be a September Leader of the Month.
