SUMMER GLC REGISTRATION
July 7 - 31, 2025
Hello Brahma Parents & Guardians,
I hope your summer is going well! Registration for Fall begins on Monday, July 7, and runs through Thursday, July 31. We look forward to seeing you! Please check your mail for a postcard from DBHS with your student’s specific registration meeting date and time. If you do not have an appointment, call Diamond Bar High School at (909) 594-1405 immediately to schedule your registration appointment.
On the date of your appointment, you will rotate through multiple stations. We ask that students come with one parent/guardian and arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time with your GLC to allow plenty of time to find parking and completion of Station 1. Please allow one - two hours to complete all of your tasks. Included in this newsletter please find additional information about our summer registration process.
See you soon!
Summer Registration Stations and Information

Student Data Confirmation and Review of Documents
We have moved to paperless registration and all students will complete their annual Student Data Confirmation and Review of Documents online via Aeries Portal. This process must be completed PRIOR to the start of Summer Registration. If your Student Data Confirmation process is not complete, parents/guardians will be required to complete registration at Station 1 before meeting with the GLC. Computers will be available in Room 118 for parents to use for this purpose.

- A PARENT must complete this process for each student PRIOR to start of Summer Registration on Monday, July 7.
- If you do not have a "Parent" Aeries Portal Account, please click HERE to create an account. "Student" Aeries Portal accounts will not work to complete the Student Data Confirmation and Review of Documents Process.
