The preliminary idea of how the LTTA will work 11th


  1. We do one LEGO activity to show diversity and inclusion
  2. We co-create the first document together
  3. We explore the BIAS
  4. We set up the training.
  5. All results are created on the MIRO board.
  6. The Toolkit. (same as in the MIRO board, will be printed to clarify issues)
  7. We run against the clock every 2 hours; we deliver a Sprint to see how we advance.
  8. Insights are given to all models in a rotational model conversation cafe model.
  9. All conclusions are input into the MIRO boards.
  10. Teams iterate their model based on the insights.
