Pauba Valley Flight Plan

Our students attendance at school continues to be a priority, especially as we move into spring and finishing our year strong.

Don't forget that families can use our Short Term Independent Study plan to clear up to 15 days of absences! Even if the days missed were earlier in the year, there is still time to clear them. Contact Mercedes about completing a short form and pick up the packet. Once work is completed, it is given to the teacher who then completes the process. This work erases an absence, but students are still responsible for any assessments missed.

Also, we know that many families are thinking of traveling this spring.

Please know that if a student misses 22 school days in a row, they can be disenrolled from school. This means that families would need to reenroll through the district and could lose their spot at their home school.

• The warning bell rings at 8:45 am and teachers pick up students at this time.
• Students are expected to be in their seat when the bell rings again at 8:50 am.
• The entry gates to campus close at 8:48 am. After this time, students should enter through the office.
• Late bird Kindergarteners should enter the gate at 10:25 am.
• To report an absence call (951) 302-5140 and press 1 or email Mercedes at mking@tvusd.us
• If your student is late you need to check in at the front office.

If you know your student(s) will be returning to the Temecula Valley Unified School District for the 2026-2027 school year, then you do NOT need to complete this form.

However, if you know that your student(s) will not be returning to the District next year, please take a moment to share some important information with us to help us plan for the transition. PLEASE SUBMIT ONE FORM PER STUDENT.
