📒 Windsong Weekly: August 30, 2025
Dear Windsong Ranch Elementary Families,
It's hard to believe that next week will be September! We loved the cooler temps this week, especially at recess.
Beginning next week, we welcome families to join their student at lunch. A few reminders to help the visits go smoothly:
-
Only provide food for your child (no sharing or bringing food for others).
Plan to sit on the stage in the cafeteria. You may only sit with your child.
- Sign up using the link provided. To allow space for all families and time for your student to grow his/her social skills, please avoid signing up multiple times a week.
- If all spots are full, you are welcome to enjoy a picnic lunch outside with your child.
- Don’t forget to bring your ID when checking in.
We look forward to seeing you!
Wishing you a safe and relaxing holiday weekend! We can’t wait to see everyone back at school on Wednesday morning.
Together we Prosper,
Michelle Qualls

Students who are interested in learning, practicing, and competing in these events will receive practice materials and resources through Google Classroom to help them prepare for their events at home.
Prosper ISD will be hosting Parent informational meetings about our UIL Academic program. These informational meetings will provide guidance on the UIL events and contests provided by Prosper ISD. Parents are encouraged to choose one to attend to find out more information about the events and how the district handles each contest.
These sessions are:
September 3 - Prosper ISD Community Room from 9am - 10am
September 4 - Rock Hill HS Cafeteria from 6pm - 7pm
September 5 - Virtually from 6pm - 7pm at https://meet.google.com/drh-aapx-sbr
