The Sheiko Weekly Update

Sheiko Elementary: October 11, 2024

PRINCIPAL UPDATE

Dear Sheiko Families,

Wow! What a great week! I am always in classrooms, but you can tell we are in high gear! I've seen kids engaged in reading, "coaching" each other on reading strategies, and adding details to their personal narratives, I couldn't have been more impressed with all of their learning!

This week's "Big Announcement" is about NWEA and MSTEP reports. Please be sure to check your child's folder today if you have a student in 4th and 5th grade for their MSTEP report. Next week, be sure to check their folder to review the NWEA reports that will be coming home. We are excited to see all of the growth from last spring!

We hope you have a wonderful weekend!

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Lakers!

Thank you for all you do,

Blaine McDowell
