May 21, 2026
It has been such a pleasure to be part of your children’s lives this school year, and to watch them grow academically and emotionally. They have truly blossomed into fabulous "Thinkers, Leaders, and Friends." We wish your entire family a fun and relaxing summer, filled with many adventures and special moments together.

Beautification Project
Have you noticed the new painted wooden flowers in front of the building? Thanks to the generosity of several Liberty families, our front entrance is now blooming with beautiful, colorful flowers! Each one is uniquely designed and reflects the creativity and personality of the families who helped make this project possible. We love them all!
Accessing Grades, Assessment Sores, MAP Scores & State Tests
Final Grades for this school year will be available online beginning Saturday, May 23rd. Parents & students will have full access until June 5th. After June 5th, Infinite Campus will have limited information available while we transition to the upcoming school year. Please download report cards, assessment scores, or attendance information before that date. This year’s report card will not be available next year. Only the current year’s report card stays on Infinite Campus for parent access.
To access your student’s report card
navigate to Infinite Campus Parent and use your Parent Log in credentials.
A picture of your student(s)’s will be on the Home Screen with selections on the left hand side
Select Grades to - view only your student’s current grades
Select Documents and then click on the appropriate grade level to - print/view a standard report card
If you have more than one student, you may select another student from the upper right corner of the screen from the pull down menu beside the small image of your student. (This works on any page but the Home Screen.)
Moving or Changing Schools This Summer
If your student will not be returning to Liberty Elementary in August, please complete the attached “Withdrawal form” and email it to jhofacre@wscloud.org. This ensures that your child's school records are sent to their new school and helps us plan our classes for the upcoming school year.

This year, the Emergency Data Review form will not be reset in early June as in previous years. Technology Services will email information to families and guardians later this summer with instructions for how and when to complete the annual information review process.
