Hello and Warm Greetings!

February's Musician of the Month, Cynthia Erivo, has made quite the impression on Woodland students. Cynthia, a Nigerian-British singer and Broadway actress, started performing at the age of 11. She has starred in The Color Purple, Sister Act The Musical, The Last Five Years, to name a few of her Broadway credits. She is 1 Oscar Award away from becoming the 16th person ever to complete an EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony). We all enjoyed watching her in the trailer for Wicked, a beautiful movie-musical coming out in November!

Below, you'll find our favorite Cynthia Erivo performances and a link to Woodland's Spotify Playlist! Enjoy!
