Our mission at BHP is to nurture a love of learning by building a community rooted in consistency, care, and respect, where all students can excel.

All students and staff will meet at the flag pole in the front of the building at 8am-8:15am. We invite all Veterans to join us as we honor all who have served in the US Armed Forces.

It is predicted to be a chilly morning. Please have your students bundle up! 🧤⛄

Treats for Troops!
Got leftover Halloween candy? Share the sweetness! BHP will be helping the Jacob’s Well Student Council collect extra Halloween treats for their Treats for Troops drive. All donated candy will be sent to U.S. service members to show our gratitude and bring them a taste of home.

Collection Dates: November 3–10
Drop-Off Location: BHP School Front Office in Labeled Box

Let’s turn our leftover candy into smiles for those who serve!

In light of recent delays and reductions in government assistance this month, one of the churches behind Wimberley’s Summer and Winter Food Programs, (Cypress Creek Church) has mobilized a special Blitz Box supplemental grocery delivery for WISD families in need. Registration is open now for box deliveries this Friday, November 7th on feedingwimberley.org or by calling the Barnabas Connection HELPline at 512-842-9674. For more information regarding additional community food resources from Crisis Bread Basket, Hays County Food Bank, and Amigos de Jesus, visit feedingwimberley.org with updated distribution times, directions, and eligibility requirements.

Breakfast is served every morning from 7:10-7:35. If you wish for your child to eat breakfast at school please arrive early so that students can get through the line and finish their meal before heading to class.

All BHP students are invited to participate in a science fair project for our upcoming STEM Night! Our STEM Night is designed to promote problem-solving skills and an enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering and math. Participating in a science fair project is voluntary for STEM Night. Popcorn Fridays are here!! We will be serving up fresh popped popcorn 2x per month in class! Please use the following link to order your bags! You can order monthly for $3 per student or $20 for the year per student. Donations are always welcome! Provide a snack for a teacher or for the whole class! When ordering, please list your child's name and teacher name. If you are donating for a specific teacher or class, please include that in the notes section.
