WE NEED JUDGES!
Help us celebrate the creativity and talent of our students by volunteering to judge this year’s Reflections submissions!

Thursday, November 12
9:30 AM–3:30 PM
Crouse Education Center

Why do we need YOU? Every project needs three sets of eyes to ensure a fair and thoughtful evaluation. That means we need plenty of volunteers to give every student’s work the attention it deserves!

• Sign up for a 2-hour time slot that works for your schedule.

• Volunteer for multiple slots if you’re available!

• Anyone age 18 or older can participate. Just bring a valid ID to check in at Crouse.

SIGN UP TO JUDGE: https://signup.com/go/CZHvhes

Whether you’re a parent, staff member, or community supporter, your time can make a meaningful difference in recognizing our students’ creativity.

THANK YOU for helping make Reflections a success!

Help the Gregory teachers by being a copy room volunteer! Volunteers are needed Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will only need 1 volunteer a day. Shifts are either 8:30-9:45am or 1:45-2:45pm. Please specify in the comments, when signing up, if you will be coming in the morning or in the afternoon so the staff can plan accordingly.

Any additional questions let the PTA know. Training will be provided. Thank you for helping our Gregory staff!
