2025-26 Re-Enrollment for Current Students
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please complete this form by Friday, February 28, 2025, for each child who is currently enrolled and who is returning to University School for the 2025-26 school year. If we do not receive your response by February 28, your child may be at risk of losing their seat at University School for the 25-26 school year.
In addition, we ask that you please pay the material fee for each child returning. These material fees will now cover all individual classroom academic, lab, music, art and technology fees (excluding any field trip and technology repair expense due to damage).
This year's fee structure will be as follows and can be paid through the link on the re-enrollment page or through the University School Payment Link found on our website:
K-5 students - $100
6-12 students - $150
If financial or fee waiver assistance is needed, please contact the school administration directly.
By re-enrolling your child for the 2025-26 school year, you indicate that you and your child agree to abide by the expectations set forth in the University School Student Handbook. You understand that the rules stated in the Student Handbook apply to all students enrolled at University School while at University School or at University School related activities and events. Repeated disregard of school expectations could affect future re-enrollment.

Third Grade Promotion & Retention Parent Meeting
Senior Social Event (Parent Sponsored)
Hello Seniors & Senior Parents,
On February 6 we will be hosting a winter social for UH seniors at Sugar Mountain. Seniors will be able to choose one of variety of activities including skiing, snowboarding, tubing, or just coming to hang out and enjoy hot chocolate and snacks which will be available throughout the evening. Our group package includes lift tickets, gear rentals (if needed), and a brief lesson (if wanted).
REGISTER: You must register by February 2nd in order to attend. To register for the event, please go to https://tinyurl.com/uh2025wintersocial which will redirect you to a qualtrics survey to fill out. It will ask if you are coming (or not) and if so, what activity you want to participate in and if you need rental gear. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: every participant MUST sign a waiver. If you are under 18, YOUR PARENT MUST ALSO SIGN. The waiver is programmed into the end of the registration form so please be prepared to read and sign or have your parent with you if under 18.
Transportation: We will caravan/carpool from the UH student parking lot at 4:30pm. The event is scheduled to last from 6pm-10pm but we know some will want to leave earlier so there will be a group leaving at 8:30pm as well.
Point of Contact: Michelle Chandley (828-380-0595) and Kelly Foster (706-540-0449) are your point of contacts for this event. If any students or parents have any questions or need assistance at any point, please contact either one of us.
Cost: Right now, it is the goal of the senior parent committee to fund the trip 100% for students so there is no cost to them (aside from gas to drive up there). We are asking, however, if there are any parents that would like to donate to this trip to please reach out to Kelly Foster or drop a check off in the main office (make it payable to UH Senior Class). Also, please note that selling those discount cards that we emailed about earlier in the week funds activities like this for everyone (and the many that will be happening for senior week)!
We hope you seniors enjoy this chance to have a bit of fun with your classmates.
Many thanks,
Senior Parent Committee
