1SC Shout Outs!
Madalyn Kay
Did you know Sand Creek has over 13 students participating in a work study/apprentice program? The Aggie Academic Center recognizes that there are many paths to learning and this is just one of many! Mady Kay is one of these students. Mady is very interested in pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine. She is especially interested in becoming a large animal Vet and competes on the Sand Creek Equestrian Team. Her placement is at Countryside Veterinary Clinic in Wauseon, Ohio. Mady spends the second half of her school day at the clinic and receives 3 credits. The Counseling Center would also like to continue to recognize the LISD TECH Center for all of their hard work partnering with us and helping us to support and secure these placements for our students at Sand Creek.

Attention Seniors!
Michigan College Month (October)
October is Michigan College Month! I am busy planning activities and supports for the month of October and will announce them soon, but in the meantime I wanted to get out the college application waiver codes. This is hot off the press! Please pay attention to deadlines. Note: MSU only waives the fee during the ten day window of Oct. 1-10. You'll find a list of all public and private, 2-year and 4-year colleges in Michigan, on the first link below. You can find institution-specific information, such as admissions, application, and financial aid, using this link.
Transcript Requests
All official transcripts orders are processed from Parchment. Transcripts may be ordered at any time. You also always have the option to access unofficial transcripts in Infinite Campus once they have been updated. All the needed links should be attached below. You can obtain this in Infinite Campus by following the directions below. Reminder-requesting transcripts is free through Parchment until mid-June of the year you graduate. At some point in the summer Parchment will begin to charge a small fee.
