HOPE Week is Coming!

HOPE Week is sponsored by our HOPE Squad here at HMS. It is a chance for students to dress up, have a little fun, and become aware of HOPE Squad and what it stands for. Our HOPE Squad is made up of students who are nominated for the class. They are peer to peer support to aid in suicide prevention. The Middle School and High School have chapters here in Hoquiam.

Hope Week will be made up of the following days:

  • Monday, October 3-Handsome Prince/Pretty Princess Day-dust off those crowns and tiaras...leave the swords at home please
  • Tuesday, October 4-Jersey Day--any team, any sport...bonus points for vintage Seahawks/Sonics/Mariners :)
  • Wednesday, October 5-Prom Day...Dress nicely...Mom, time to dust off that old prom dress!
  • Thursday, October 6-Western Day...Cowboy/Cowgirl up...or....dress as a cow???
  • Friday, October 7-Twin Day...Find a twin, dress alike, finish each other's sentences...
For more information on HOPE Squad, or HOPE Week, please contact Ms. Andrews randrews@hoquiam.net.
