School Hours
Welcome Back!
Tardy Bell: 8:45
Dismissal: 3:00
***Breakfast will not be served after the 8:45 bell!
Important Information
Just a friendly reminder that doors open at 8:25 AM. Students may head to breakfast first and then to class.
For arrival, please remember there is no parent drop-off at Door A (front of the building), unless you are needing to enter the office. All drop off students should enter through Door B in the morning.
While we love seeing our families, no parents are allowed to enter classrooms without first stopping in the office for a badge and proper check in. No adults should be entering the building with their students at Door B.
Dismissal is at 3:00 PM each day.
Thank you for helping us create a safe and smooth start and end to the school day!
If there are any changes to your dismissal plan, you must call the office by 2:00 at the latest. Changes will not be guaranteed if you call after 2:00.
We love volunteers! However, if you want to volunteer you must have a background check on file. Background checks are good for 3 years. When submitting a new volunteer form, please fill out the required paperwork and bring your driver's license to the front office to scan through our Raptor system.
We also love visits. However, if you want to visit, you must give your child's teacher 24 hours notice. Thank you for your understanding!

Notes from Nurse Eva
Letters went out to any student that did not pass vision screening indicating that your child may need glasses, appointments need to be made and the form must come back to the nurse. If you are already in the process or your child recently received new glasses and did not wear them to screening, please indicate that on the form and return it. I have to track those forms for vision referrals. If you did not get a letter, your child's vision passed. Thank you.
We still have 8 students needing immunizations, if you currently have an appointment, please make sure you bring in proof of immunizations quickly after appointment. If the appointment gets rescheduled, please call the nurse immediately. Administration is tracking these are we are 30 day past the deadline, if an appointment is missed, your child will not be allowed to come back to school until these are taken care of. Thank you.
Popcorn
This week is a popcorn Friday.
Popcorn is $.50 each and limit to 2 bags per person
ESA Notes
We unfortunately still have families who have not turned in their fundraiser money from the World's Finest Chocolate. This directly affects our ability to provide support to students and teachers. We as the ESA are held responsible for paying for the candy bars that were taken home by students. Not paying for the candy you took to sell now is coming from the pocket of the ESA which is here to provide student and teacher support in so many ways. Phone calls and official letters have gone home to those who have NOT turned money in. There was I signed permission slip that went home with all students, therefore you as the parent signed and dedicated to this responsibility. If you still have candy money out PLEASE reach out to the office to arrange payment ASAP.
