The 12 Days of Fitness Challenge
How was the Yoga Challenge? Are you up for another one? This challenge is for 12 days and counts down to Winter Break. There are two ways to complete this challenge. The first way is to complete the activity for the each day. The second way is to complete the activity for the day AND the previous days. By the end of the challenge, you will be completing 12 activities for the last day. Whew! Here is a link to the challenge: 12 Days of Fitness
If you complete this challenge with your class, send pictures to your building nurse.

We have added a third site!
Smile Illinois, the mobile dentist, is coming to two sites at SEDOL. Even better, the dental care is usually at no cost to you. All insurance is accepted including Medicaid and All Kids.
April 13, 2026- The dentist will be at Fairhaven School
April 24, 2026- The dentist will be at Gages Lake School/Cyd Lash Academy
May 7, 2026- Laremont School
Permission forms have been sent home. A second set will be sent home in January. Watch for them and return to your building nurse as soon as possible. You may also register online at the Smile Illinois website. Here is the link: www.myschooldentist.com
