Imagine Deaf Arts #All In

The theme for this year's Imagination Texas is #All In! We are looking for 100% participation with all RDSPDs in Texas and even beyond. This year we are offering a virtual format for you to share with your class or individual students who may be accessing their education from home.

There is no cost to participate. You will need to register with ConnectToTexas (see below).

Virtual Format for Imagination Texas 2021

We will have a monthly release featuring a different art form taught by a Deaf artist each month. Each monthly offering will include recorded video(s) along with curricular support that can be used at any time. All videos are in ASL with voice and closed captioning. Sign up once and we will send you the information at the beginning of each month (you can sign up at any time, any previously released information will be sent upon release if sign up is after Jan).

Each month enjoy a free recorded video(s) with curriculum support will be sent to you via a google folder link. Access the link at your convenience.

Imagination Texas 2021 - Free of Charge!!!

Those of you familiar with our event will know that this is usually a fee-based event however with the virtual format and school budgets being tight this year we are offering this program free of charge. If you or your school is able to donate towards future events, any donations will go directly to next year’s Imagination Texas, Weekend Celebrating the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Connect2Texas is a platform that uses video conferencing for educational & professional development across the country! You will need to create an account for your school in order to go forward with registering for Imagination Texas.

Login Instructions once you have an account with Connect2Texas

Log in > click "EVENTS" tab > Program filter: Provider - Imagination Fort Worth > Apply > choose program > click register > fill out required information > save

***Please note that any programs that are listed as "ON DEMAND" are available to you at anytime, regardless of the event date & time! Programs that are NOT listed as "on-demand" are LIVE and have set dates!!!***

Once you have registered, it will send us a notification on our end to let us know that you have registered and we will send you a link to our digital curriculum for the programs.
