1. Please remember that TMS’ drop off begins at 7:45am.

2. When your child is absent from school, it is important that you call the SCHOOL OFFICE by 9am. TMS attendance line is 513.273.3660 (available 24/7).

Many of the notes you'll get from us are a quick comment letting you know that your child did something great today--big or small.

Documentations

When you get one of these, your child is receiving either no formal discipline or a simple behavior intervention during the school day (like lunch detention). It means that something of note has happened at school, and we want to keep you in the loop. The teacher lets the child know that it has been documented, and we want you to know, too.

Examples (not an exhaustive list): tardy, unprepared for class, being in another person's space, peer conflict, and more

Office Referrals

When you get one of these, it means your child was sent to the office. The student is going to receive a more formal consequence, like a conversation with an administrator, after school or Saturday session, In-School Assignment (ISA), or suspension.

Examples (not an exhaustive list): accumulation of tardies or other documented incidents, aggressive speech or actions, vandalism, academic dishonesty, and more

If your student is in the Orchestra at TMS, the Baroque Violin Shop will be here on Wednesday, Aug. 23 in the cafeteria between 6PM-8PM. They will have the instruments that your children have chosen along with forms to fill out.
