Redhawk Flight Report

Our Flight Report will provide brief updates and reminders as we go through the school year. Check out some of these below.

It has been a tradition at MRI to sell ice cream, and we are going to do this on Friday's only for the 2026 - 2027 school year. All ice cream is $1.00. This will be collected by homeroom teachers on Friday mornings when the teacher takes lunch count and attendance. Ice cream will be brought to the students who purchased ice cream around 2:00PM.

As a parent of 4, Spirit Weeks could bring a lot of joy...and sometimes stress. My husband and I still clearly recall May 3, 2015, when my kindergartener reminded me, the next day was MAY THE FORCE Day and everyone should wear STAR WARS shirts!!! This mom ran to Walmart when she heard there were $1 Star Wars shirts. It was at that moment I vowed to give as much notice about Spirit Days/Weeks as possible,

So, with that said, I am attaching the flyer below for the Bullying Prevention Spirit Week taking place September 14 - 18 (this allows all of us over a week to prepare if students/staff want to dress up - it is always optional). Thank you to our school counselors, Ms. Schminkey and Ms. Morgan, alongside our Bullying Prevention Committee, for organizing the fun dress up days for September 14 - 18.
