eCampus Academy Update
Watertown Unified School District | February 2026
A Note from Principal Bull 🌹
As we move into February, I want to take a moment to thank you for the partnership you bring to our virtual learning community. Your support, encouragement, and collaboration play a vital role in helping our students thrive in an online environment.
At eCampus Academy, we remain focused on providing a high-quality, student-centered learning experience, one that balances flexibility with high expectations and meaningful connections. Our educators continue to innovate, personalize instruction, and support students. Together, we are building skills that prepare learners for success in school and in life.
February is also a time to reflect on growth. As we progress through the school year, we encourage families to stay engaged with teachers, monitor student progress, and celebrate both big and small successes. Strong communication between home and school strengthens learning and helps every student feel supported and known.
We encourage you to nurture a love of reading at home by dedicating at least 20 minutes each day to reading. This simple habit can have a profound impact on your child's development and long-term success.
Thank you for choosing eCampus and for being such an important part of our learning community. We are grateful for your trust and look forward to continuing this journey together.

Message from Mr Logan
Families and Students
As we move deeper into the school year, I want to pause and recognize something that matters more than any single assignment or grade, the patterns many of you are building. Consistent logins, steady progress, showing up to meetings, asking questions, and following through. Those habits are not accidental, and they are not small. They are the foundation of long-term success.
For our high school students especially, engagement is not about compliance, it is about control. When you engage regularly, you are no longer reacting to deadlines or pressure. You are setting the pace, making informed choices, and proving to yourself that you can manage your learning with purpose. That skill transfers directly to college, careers, athletics, and life.
Families, your role matters more than you may realize. Encouragement, structure, and simple check-ins reinforce these positive patterns. When students know that effort is noticed and valued, momentum builds. Progress compounds.
To every student who has found a rhythm and stuck with it, keep going. To those who are still finding their stride, today is always a good day to reset and re-engage. Success is rarely about perfection; it is about consistency over time. Stay the course. You are building something that lasts.
If anyone has concerns that I can help address, do not hesitate to drop into my weekly office hour at 10am on Mondays and I’d be happy to engage in any discussion.
Bob Logan
Supervisor of Digital Learning

Direct Admit
Seniors Class of 2026
For seniors who have received an offer letter:
Direct Admit students are required to complete this form if you are considering any of the universities. Create Account and fill in your school email and your personal email.
Filling out the form does not mean you are committed to attending any of the universities.
Technically, you have until May 1, 2026 to accept or reject any of the universities.
A university can only provide a financial aid award letter if you have filled out the form and completed the FAFSA.
Juniors Class of 2027
As you are aware, eCampus Academy is participating in the Direct Admit Wisconsin program for the Class of 2027. UW Direct Admit is an opportunity for 11th grade students to be automatically admitted to participating University of Wisconsin system schools free of charge. Direct Admit Wisconsin offers early and proactive admission to participating Universities of Wisconsin for rising seniors at participating Wisconsin high schools.
In order to participate, 11th grade families must log into Skyward Family Access and “opt-in” by Wednesday, April 30, 2026. Directions are attached on how to locate the Direct Admit Wisconsin in Skyward Family Access. Dual Credit Options
Start College Now (SCN)
Start College Now provides an opportunity for high school students to earn college credit and high school credit at the same time. High school juniors and seniors are eligible to take classes during the Fall and Spring semesters. Tuition and books are paid by the school district. Contact eCampus for more information as deadlines do apply for each semester and can vary by Technical College.
Credits earned can by applied towards a degree at the Technical College and many other Wisconsin colleges.
Early College Credit Program (ECCP)
The ECCP statute allows Wisconsin public and private high school students to take one or more courses at an institution of higher education for high school and/or college credit. Under this section, “institution of higher education” means an institution within the University of Wisconsin System, a tribally controlled college, or a private, nonprofit institution of higher education located in the state. While technical colleges are not eligible institutions under the new program, pupils that have completed 10th grade will continue to have the option to take courses at technical colleges through a separate statute, 38.12(14).
Students MUST submit their ECCP applications (no exceptions) to their school by:
- October 1 for spring courses
- February 1 for summer courses
- March 1 for fall courses

Career and Accelerated Degree Pathways
Attention high school-aged eCampus students and families! Did you know that eCampus Academy offers a Career and Accelerated Degree Pathways Program? Students in Grades 10-12 can pursue a Technical Diploma or Associate Degree while enrolled in high school in one of 10 high-demand career areas. These online courses, in cooperation with Wisconsin technical colleges, will also count as high school credit in eCampus. Students in Grades 9-12 who plan to attend a four-year institution may complete up to 30 transferable college credits, putting them on a path to potentially graduate with a Bachelor's degree in three years from a University of Wisconsin System School.
The eCampus Academy Pathways Program saves students time and money while accessing high quality, future-ready learning experiences and professional programs. We're really excited about this opportunity for students.
