Leadership
Remembrance Day Ceremony
Our school's Remembrance Day ceremony will take place this Thursday, November 5, at 10:30 a.m. in the school gym. As we gather to honour and remember those who served, all students are asked to show respect by dressing in their best attire—such as collared shirts, dress pants, skirts, or neat, dark-colored clothing—and wearing a poppy over their heart. Thank you for helping us make this a solemn and meaningful occasion.
Drop Off Zones
To ensure a safe and efficient morning routine for all students, please remember that regular student drop-off is located strictly in the Kiss-n-Go lane.
The front of the building is reserved exclusively for:
Vehicles with an accessibility placard
Local daycare drop-offs
Deliveries
Using the designated zones prevents traffic bottlenecks and keeps our drop-off areas safe for every child. Thank you for your support and cooperation!
Dino-Mite Popcorn Fundraiser! 🍿
Our Grade 4 class is gearing up for an unforgettable overnight adventure at the Royal Tyrrell Museum on April 28 and 29, 2027 and we need your help to get there!
To help make this incredible experience accessible for everyone, proceeds from this fundraiser will directly reduce the overall cost of the trip for our Grade 4 families.
What’s better than sleeping under giant dinosaur fossils? Sharing bags of delicious, freshly popped popcorn with your family and friends while supporting our young explorers!
We’re selling mouthwatering popcorn that’s perfect for family movie nights, weekend road trips, or sharing with neighbors. Every bag you buy brings down the cost and gets our Grade 4 paleontologists one step closer to exploring prehistoric giants after dark.
Why you’ll love it: Fresh, crunchy, incredibly tasty, and made for sharing!
Why it matters: Every purchase directly lowers the trip cost for Grade 4 families!
Date of fundraiser: November 1-23, 2026
How to order: https://fundcrew.ca/f/grade-4-night-at-the-museum
Treat yourself to a delicious snack and make a roaring difference for our students. Order your popcorn today and help us make history!
All FLCS families are welcome to order and help our grade 4 classes on this awesome adventure.
