We are looking forward to a fun week of learning paired with lots of festive events! Please read below for all the details including class party times, early dismissal, check-out procedures, and more. We are looking forward to making memories with you! Take the pictures and soak in all the magic this season brings!

There have been many students bringing their elves to school. This has been causing a distraction to the learning environment. We ask that all elves stay home where they are safe and sound! If a student brings their elf to school, they will be asked to keep it in their backpack. At Stewart, we have a school elf that our students enjoy finding each day!

Hoodie weather is officially here. Be sure to write your child's name in all hoodies and coats. We receive lots of items in our lost and found. All items that are labeled with a student name are returned to the student.

School attendance directly correlates to student success! Please make every effort to have your child at school each day, on time, and for the full duration of the school day. Instruction begins at 7:55 a.m. If your student is not inside the building by 7:55 a.m., please park, walk your child inside, and sign your child in for the day. Please do not drop your child off in front of the school after 7:55 a.m. as this is a safety concern. As a friendly reminder, students must be present at least 90% of the school year. Missed instructional minutes due to tardies or early dismissals add up to missed instructional days. Our instructional day goes goes from 7:55 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Please see our attendance policy linked as a button at the bottom of this newsletter for more information. December 22nd: Shipley's Spirit Day 8:00-11:00 a.m.

Girls on the Run will be open to participants in 3rd-5th grade. We are now recruiting coaches/volunteers!

The price of yearbooks goes up on 1/1/26.

There will be no lunch guests due to the modified schedule and classroom parties.
