For unscheduled student pick-up, you will need to show your ID to the Reception Window C Doors, and you will sign out your student. Your student WILL NOT be called down to C Doors ahead of time.
Students are not permitted to bring in or order outside food and drinks (does not apply to students bringing their own lunch from home). The school will not accept unauthorized delivers for food or drinks, and you will still be held responsible for the cost of the order.
Security Notice: In an effort to keep safety the top priority with STCS, the number of visitors allowed in the lobby/vestibule will be limited to manageable numbers. Visitors will remain outside until buzzed in.
Homework Request Procedure: If your student is absent, email your student’s teachers via the Heritage website to determine how to get homework. Homework is either posted in Google Classroom or the teacher will provide a hard copy. Address Change – Have you moved or are you planning on moving? You will need to update your address in your student’s Skyward Account under Address or Housing Change. You will need to provide two proofs of residency. Examples of one acceptable proof of residency are: lease or mortgage statement, utility bills (electric, cable, water, gas, etc.), NO Cell phone bill, property tax notice, with your address on it. The second proof is mandatory; a driver's license or State ID. All proofs need to be current (within 30 days) and brought to Heritage’s Counseling Office.
Mailbox Reminder – The US Post Office delivers mail to occupants based on last name of individuals. They may choose to not deliver mail if the last name is not on the mailbox. It is important all family’s last names are listed as recipients of mail to the address. Leave a note in the mailbox listing all the last names to receive mail at the address. This will ensure all STCS mail is delivered to the address and will avoid having to verify the address when mail is returned.
