Read on for information about our upcoming trip to NYC.
As a reminder, a deposit of $100 was due on November 10, 2022. If you have not yet turned this in, please do so as soon as possible to secure your spot.
Fundraising
Our first fundraising effort will occur on Wednesday, December 7th at Ben & Jerry's at Arsenal Yards. 20% of all pre-tax sales made between 5 and 7 PM will go to our organization. No flyer is needed, anyone who shows up and makes a purchase helps us out! Please spread this information far and wide.

Upcoming payment dates:
- $150 due December 2
- $150 due January 6, 2023
- $150 due February 3
- $200 due March 3
- Balance (~$100 likely) due March 24
We will only be needing to charter one bus for this trip, so the trip will be on the lower end of the initial estimate of $850 - $950.
Future Fundraising
- Not Your Average Joe's fundraiser night (currently working to find a date)
- WPS performing arts "swag"
- Applied for sponsorship through a local community organization
- Feel free to let us know if you have other ideas or insight into programs that offer sponsorship and donations.
Refunds
We are typically able to provide applicable refunds through our payment system in Watertown; however, historically, many of our trip items are nonrefundable such as Broadway show tickets, entry into museums, etc. Refunds are able to be handled on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. There may be an insurance policy option available for some costs through World Strides and I will get that information loaded to Google Classroom as soon as possible if it does exist.
