Help our Teachers with their Wishlists!

Every year, teachers spend their own money to buy supplies needed for their classrooms. Patton PTA is proud to help support teachers with $125 annual in reimbursements for supplies.

Volunteer at Patton

We love it when parents, guardians and family members volunteer! There will be many volunteer opportunities coming up this year so, to get a jump start, complete your volunteer background check today!

All volunteers that come on to campus must have an approved 23-24 background check. If you had a volunteer background check last year, it's time to submit again this year.

Please note a donation to APIE is NOT required to complete your background check, you can skip over that step.

Getting to know your PTA

Hi Pioneer families! My name is Katrina Kincaid and I am the 23-24 Patton PTA President. Before being president I served as our vice president for several years and was a committee chair prior to that. Serving the Patton community is an honor and one of my passions. You will see me several days a week volunteering in the office at Patton or working around the corner at Whole Foods Arbor Trails. If you spot me at either place please say hi!

Our family has been at Patton since 2016 when my oldest began kindergarten, and we will be here until our youngest finishes in 2028. That’s quite a tenure! My son Jamey is in 7th grade at Lively Middle School, and at Patton I have my daughter Lillie in 5th and my son Drew in 1st. We feel so incredibly lucky to have had amazing educators every step of the way and to have made lifelong friends with other Patton families. We believe the Patton community is truly unique and want all families to have the same positive experience we have. Creating a welcoming culture of inclusivity is one of my top priorities as president.

Outside of school and PTA I love to travel, I am a live music junky and frequent concert attendee. Austin City Limits Music Festival is my favorite weekend of the year. I also love Broadway musicals and attend many touring shows here in Austin and try to get to NYC as often as possible. Having grown up in Connecticut, college basketball is big in our house and we cheer loudly for the UConn Huskies. A fun fact about me is that I have gotten to see my Huskies win the National Championship four times in person!
