BHS Happenings
October 24, 2025
Dear BHS Parents and Guardians:
Today is the last day of the first quarter at BHS! Seems like just yesterday that school started and here we are preparing for Quarter 1 Report Cards and Parent Teacher Conferences. We hope that all of our parents will join us next week for Parent Teacher Conferences. Parents will need to sign up for a timeslot through the My Conference Time website. All the instructions are below and please feel free to call the main office at 860-286-2630 should you need any help using the platform.
As we conclude Homecoming Week, we hope to see all of our Warhawk fans at the Homecoming Game tonight versus Northwest Catholic at 6:30 p.m. We ask that all of our fans wear pink to the game as the theme of the game is "Pink Out" for Breast Cancer Awareness. The final event of Homecoming Week will be our Homecoming Dance on Saturday from 7-10 p.m. The dance is Masquerade theme and tickets are being sold for $10.
There will be an early dismissal for students at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday next week.

BHS Attends First Ever CAS-CIAC Empowerment Day
On Monday, October 20th, BHS was well represented at the first-ever CAS-CIAC Empowerment Day. Over 900 students from middle and high schools across the stated gathered to learn, connect, and lead at Farmington High School. Everyone who attended the conference was greeted by BHS' band. The band pumped all of the students up for a great day focused on leadership, confidence, character and communication.
Members of both BHS' Young Women's Leadership Group and Men's Leadership Group attended the event which featured impactful panels - including Men of Color in Leadership and Women in Leadership - and inspiring breakout sessions. BHS students were able to network, build connections, and share their experiences.
