This exciting 1 day Virtual Conference is open to both OAPSA members and non members! Thanks to the Community of Practice Grant OAPSA has recently received, OAPSA is now able to offer FREE OAPSA memberships ( which would be valid until June 30, 2024) . We also offer financial assistance to OAPSA members with family or district hardship by subsidizing their registration fee for this January 19 conference. That financial assistance for conferences is also available to our new OAPSA members who have just joined for FREE. OAPSA members have always gotten a reduced rate for conferences but now thanks to our Community of Practice Grant, we have additional perks available

1) Special Education/Student Service Administrators who have not been an OAPSA member at all over the past 3 years, can join OAPSA for FREE for the rest of this school year right now ! New members who joined for FREE then get the reduced rate of $25 for this OAPSA conference. The link to register to join OAPSA can be found HERE. (The link is also available on our website at OAPSA.org) . When you get ready to complete the registration form be sure to mark "NEW" if you have not been an OAPSA member in the past 3 years. Note: Limited amount of money is available for this so the funds will be available until we hit the maximum amount we can spend from the grant.. If you try to register for free after funds are gone you will be promptly notified.

2) OAPSA will pick up the registration cost of the conference for January 2024 for OAPSA members who are having trouble coming up with the funds to registerl The form for that will be available at www.OAPSA.org starting week of Dec. 18. Note: Limited amount of money is available for this so the funds will be available until we hit the maximum amount we can spend. If you sign up too late to access those funds you will be notified..

You may cancel your registration up to 5 business days before the conference deadline by notifying Gwenn Spence via email at gspence@granvilleschools.org and we will refund your registration less a $25 cancellation fee.

For cancellations, less than 5 days before the deadline, we will refund your registration by 50%. After the deadline or a no-show, no refunds will be given.
