February Update

Although February is the shortest month of the year, there are many things to celebrate and acknowledge. Whether you celebrate Valentine’s Day, Black History Month or Super Bowl Sunday, February is a perfect time to focus on kindness and empathy. Our school will host special activities to promote these values and engage in classroom discussions about what it means to be a supportive member of our community and practice Kindness at Palm Bay.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership in making our school a warm and welcoming place for everyone and thank you for sending us your best every day. Together, we can create an environment where every student feels valued and inspired to soar every day!

~ Mrs. Phillips

Practicing kindness at school means choosing to use friendly words, helpful actions, and gestures to make classmates and teachers feel happy, appreciated, and safe. It is about being caring, sharing, listening, and including others to build a positive, supportive community at our school. This month lets focus on Using Kind Words: Saying "good morning," giving compliments, telling someone "nice job," or saying "do you want to play?"
