✈️ Welcome Aboard Flight 2026–2027: Clear for Takeoff, Tiger Families!

Greetings LMS Tiger Families,

Welcome aboard Flight 2026–2027!

As we prepare for departure into incredible school year, there is an unmistakable energy in the air! Our dedicated team of educators is back in the hangar and ready to guide our Lancaster Tigers toward new horizons. But as every great flight crew knows, we cannot make this journey alone—we need our amazing parents and guardians riding co-pilot with us every step of the way.

This year, our flight plan is locked in, and together we are charting a course toward three major destinations:

Elevate: Like a Tiger catching a powerful updraft, we are ready to reach new heights. Together, we will lift our students to excel academically and socially, navigating around any turbulence and helping our entire school community rise above every challenge.
Empower: We aren't just taking our students along for the ride—we are giving them the controls. We are committed to equipping our Tigers with the confidence, tools, and voice to own their futures, while empowering you as parents to partner closely with us in their learning journey.
Excellence: Our destination is nothing less than first-class. For our Tigers, excellence isn't just a smooth landing at the end of the school year; it is the daily habit of showing up with passion, purpose, and immense Tiger pride.

Thank you for trusting us with your children, for being the wind beneath our wings, and for your unwavering support. We are truly honored to fly alongside your family this year.

Let’s elevate, empower, and achieve excellence together. Tiger Families, you are officially cleared for takeoff!
