Lego & Artwork Showcase @ Library
Several student projects from the Maker Fair celebrating Colorado's 150th are now on display at the Woodland Park Library! Come browse the display! Also, Ms. Studwell will be presenting the process and inner workings of the projects on July 30th at 11am. Hope to see you there!
Columbine Clean Up Day - August 8th
We’re inviting our Columbine community members to volunteer alongside the principal for a morning of giving back and beautification across our campus, just in time to welcome everyone back for an amazing school year.
⏰WHEN: August 8th 8:00–11:00 AM
🏫WHERE: Columbine Elementary
Help with campus cleanup, weeding mulch beds, gathering pine needles, garden bed care, and cleaning rocks from the field and playground —there’s something for everyone! Sign up with the link below or scan the QR code. Water, light snacks, gloves and trash bags provided.

Planning Ahead for the Start of the School Year
- 8/12 - 3:30pm ☀️Class Lists Posted
- Lists will be displayed on the main and side doors by 3:30pm, so you can view them at your convenience. Please note that we take a great deal of care to intentionally organize students into their particular classroom communities, so that learning and growing are maximized!
- 8/17 - 4pm to 6pm 🏫 Back to School Night & Family Orientation Meetings
- This evening is a drop in event for families to drop off supplies in the classroom, meet teachers, and attend a 25-minute parent orientation session. Sessions will run every 30 minutes beginning at 4:15, 4:45, 5:15, and 5:45. At least one parent/guardian for every student must attend a parent orientation session with Mrs. Seabolt. I look forward to the opportunity to share with families our goals and expectations for the upcoming school year!
- 8/19 - 8am 🍎 First Day of School
- Students may arrive beginning at 7:45am and will meet their teacher on the main playground. Teachers will welcome students and walk in to classrooms together. Students arriving via bus will gather on the playground when they arrive. Parents dropping students off may use the kiss-and-go carpool lane or walk up with your student to the playground. We are excited to welcome you to the start of another amazing school year!
