Dear Marylin Avenue STEAM Academy Families and Community,

Welcome back to a new school year at Marylin Avenue STEAM Academy! We are excited to welcome our Roadrunners back to campus and look forward to another year filled with learning, creativity, collaboration, and positive experiences for all of our students.

Our staff has been working hard to prepare for the new school year, and we are excited to get started. We are looking forward to partnering with our families and community to make this a successful and memorable year for every student.

We are incredibly excited about the year ahead and all that we will accomplish together. Thank you for being such an important part of the Marylin Avenue STEAM Academy community. We can't wait to see our Roadrunners back on campus!

Back to School Night — August 20

We look forward to seeing families at our Back to School Night on Thursday, August 20. Please see the attached information for details about the evening.

This will be a great opportunity to meet your child's teacher, learn more about the classroom, and hear about the exciting things planned for the year.

First Day Arrival & Campus Access

• Gates open: 8:30–8:45 a.m.
• Parents/caregivers are welcome to walk onto campus with students and help them get settled. We ask that parents do not enter classrooms but walk kids to the door for a clean break. (Trust me, it's more challenging if your child wants you to stay if you are in the classroom)
• Parking: Families may park in the neighborhood and walk to campus.
• At 8:45 a.m.: All parents and caregivers must leave campus so we can secure the school for the school day.
• After the first day: All visitors must sign in at the front office before entering the main campus.
