On April 22, we had our first Friday Morning Assembly in 777 Days! The students were well-behaved as we celebrated poetry, AR goals, and Teacher of the Year, Humanitarian of the Year, and Educational Associate of the Year. Congratulations to Evette Bishop - Teacher of the Year, Penny Garcia - Humanitarian of the Year, and Tania Najera - Educational Associate of the Year!

All incoming Kindergarten students are invited to Kinder Camp on August 4th from 8:30 - 11:00.

You may have noticed that there is a construction project going on beside our school. I'm excited to announce that the bridge is being replaced and a trail is being constructed/expanded. Stakeholders have been working on this project since October 2013 when the bridge washed out. Thank you to PfISD and The City of Austin for coordinating and City of Austin for funding the project. SPECIAL, BIG THANK YOU to all of the community members who continued to push to get this done.

Registration - Registration for the 2022-23 school year has begun! If you have a new student, please check out this link for more information, PfISD Student Registration.

Intradistrict Transfers - Beginning with the 2022-23 school year transfer process, for the first time, PreK and Kindergarten students will be eligible to apply for transfers. PreK transfer applicants must submit the Pre-K Eligibility Screener before applying for a transfer request via the Student Affairs application. Submitting a PK eligibility screener and transfer application is not a guarantee of transfer approval. The application window is from March 21 through April 29.
